Job Title: Air import Operation
Company: Accelerated Global Solutions
Location: Compton, CA 90220
Job Type: Full-Time, 4 days On-site, 1 day remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Air import Operation to join our team.
The successful candidate will be
responsible for managing and coordinating air import operations, ensuring
the timely and efficient movement of goods.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage air import operations from pre alert
to POD, ensuring compliance with import regulations and company policies.
Prepare import documentation, including 225 and DO.
Communicate with international suppliers, trucking company,
customs brokers, warehouse and last mile vendor to arrange the transportation
of goods.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and
proactively address any delays or issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer
service, and warehouse, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to import
operations in a timely manner.
