岗位职责：
1. 负责公司IT系统的日常运作和后台管理，包括服务器、网络、数据库等设备的监控、维护和优化；
2. 负责处理用户反馈的系统问题，确保系统稳定运行；3. 按照公司的规定和流程，协助用户使用各种软件系统；4. 负责备份和恢复关键数据，保障数据安全性；5. 负责系统版本管理和更新，确保系统及时升级；6. 参与系统的设计和开发，对系统进行优化和改进；7. 撰写技术文档，记录系统故障和解决方案；8. 协助其他部门开展业务工作，提供技术支持和解决方案。招聘要求：
具有计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具有IT系统管理、网络工程等相关工作经验者优先；熟悉常见服务器和操作系统，了解常见数据库软件；熟悉常见的Web开发技术和IT安全技术，能够制定系统安全策略和安全措施，熟悉常见的操作系统和网络知识，能够独立处理服务器和网络设备的故障；具备较好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够及时处理用户反馈的问题；具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，能够适应快速变化的工作环境；具备优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力和跨文化沟通和交流能力，能够理解并使用中英文相关专业术语和词汇，准确、得体地运用语言表达自己的意思；Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operation and backend management of the company's IT system, including monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of servers, networks, databases, and other equipment.
Responsible for handling system problems reported by users and ensuring stable system operation.Assist users in using various software systems in accordance with the company's regulations and processes.Responsible for backing up and restoring critical data to ensure data security.Responsible for system version management and updates to ensure timely system upgrades.Participate in system design and development, optimize and improve the system.Write technical documents, record system failures and solutions.Assist other departments in carrying out business work, provide technical support and solutions.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors, and relevant work experience in IT system management and network engineering is preferred.Familiar with common servers and operating systems, and familiar with common database software.Familiar with common web development technologies and IT security technologies, able to develop system security strategies and security measures.Familiar with common operating system and network knowledge, able to independently handle server and network equipment failures.Have good communication skills and team spirit, able to respond to user feedback in a timely manner.Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, able to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, cross-cultural communication and communication skills, able to understand and use relevant professional terms and vocabulary in both Chinese and English, and accurately and appropriately use language to express oneself.
